Groundbreaking research
Many people first came to know of AAUW through the much publicized 1992 report How Schools Shortchange Girls - a landmark study that shifted the focus of educational reform for years to come. But AAUW continues to conduct groundbreaking research, including the 2007 report Behind the Pay Gap, which analyzes the post-graduation disparities in earnings for men and women.
